maybe some of you,who really honors me to stop by n read some or all the post i put up,have wondered about,thekemet.....have you?
so i just thought to explian to you wat i meant by it,the reason made me think about it n try to explain it was LOST LOVE,her blog's is oasis of feelings....so that lead me at the end thinking of my own page's name(yeah i got plenty of time...lol)
so
the idea was....i was on downe oneday n some of the gals there....who was ethiopian,which is pretty the same in figures n way of life(but sometimes they are chrisitian)near to my own country (SuDaN)....
she said to me,are u totally sudanese...i said yeah,n she was like...go bk to your all dynasties...u sure...
i thought n for a while n told her my mom's grandma was egyptian!
she said:god when i looked at you,i was so sure there was kemet blood on you....
n from that day,i was kemetty!

so lets explain wat kemet means(i looked it up,n thats what i got )

"Kemet" (keh-MET) is the term ancient Egyptians used as the official name of their country. (Sometimes they also called it Ta-mery, or "beloved land.")
Kemet translates as "Black Land", in reference to the fertile banks and fields surrounding the Nile (black from the soil). In contrast, "deshret" is the term for the "Red Land" or the desert (a modern term derived from "deshret") that surrounds the fertile "kemet".
By using the term Kemet instead of Egypt, we refer to the country by the name its own people called it (Egypt is an English form of the Greek name for this land, Aegyptos, itself derived from Coptic hi(t)-ka(u)-ptah, "the house/temple of the ka of Ptah").

they dont know the country's ppl call it masr...isnt it....lol
